Todd is a tax and accounting professional with over 30 years of experience.  In his prior roles as a senior tax executive for various Fortune 500 companies, he developed innovative US and International tax planning structures, as well as managing the completion and preparation of complex US domestic and international tax returns.

In his work with small business owners, he’s helped them to create optimal ownership structures and succession plans.  He is excited to have the opportunity to work with CFO Colorado’s clients in preparing individual and business tax returns.

Todd is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Illinois and Colorado.  Todd has a BS in Management from Purdue University, a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and a Master’s of Law in Taxation from DePaul University of Chicago Law School.  Todd is also an adjunct faculty member at Metro State University of Denver where he enlightens students as to the virtues of pursuing a career in Corporate Taxation.  Any free time he has left is spent planning for his next triathlon.
